printing machine

Pad printing machine
The structure of the pad printing machine from Kasthuri Machine Builders, Coimbatore is made of strong aluminium casting and all the moving parts are preciously ground mounted on self lubricating bearings to enhance durability and minimise friction. The length of the vertical stroke of pad in its two extreme position could be regulated to accommodate differences in level. The speed of each movement is adjustable up and down to cliché, back and forth to print and up and down to object. Technical specifications: Cliché size: 220x100x10mm. Printing area: 100mm. Max.printing length: 220 mm. Printing capacity: 1500 P/hr. Load on pad: 750 N at 6 bar. Drive: Pneumatic. Speed Setting: Flow control regulators provided for changing the speed. Power supply: 230 V, 50 Hz. Power consumption: 20W. Control system: Microprocessor based. Control Voltage: 24 V DC. Pad stroke: 150 mm (Horizontal), 80 mm (vertical) Key attributes: -Electro-pneumatic devices controlled by microprocessor card activate operating functions of the machine -Programmed to reproduce the most varied printing cycles and carry out specific functions to suit customer requirements. Features: The structures of the machine is made of strong aluminium casting and all the moving parts are precisely ground and mounted on self lubricating bearing thus minimizing friction and enhancing durability.

Label Printing System
The Cimjet 300 is a high speed compact label printer (thermal transfer) and applicator. Depending on label size, an application speed of up to 120 labels per minute can be achieved. After printing, the label automatically dispenses onto the applicator pad where it is retained by vacuum pressure. As the product approaches, the applicator lamp extends and gently places the label onto the product. It can also be blown via air jet onto the passing product. Labelling onto adjacent sides of the product is also possible. It is equipped with a highly efficient ribbon saver, which uses ribbon only for the sections of the label that require printing. An intelligent, bi-directional ribbon drive is responsible for a minimum use of ribbon (3 mm separation)

Offset Printing Machine
Light Graphics manufactures single colour sheet-fed offset printing machine. The emphasis is on simplicity of operation that results in an easily serviceable design. The unique stream feeding system is employed to ensure safe and accurate feeding. The 20-roller inking unit distributes ink evenly for the most demanding printing works. Oscillating and rider rollers are copper coated. Motorised dampening is used to get fresh water in duct round the clock. The double sheet detector trips the machine in case more than one sheet is fed at a time. The lubrication system supplies sufficient amount of oil automatically in frequent intervals as specified in the timer to all functional points during the press operation
