Flexible CNC Filling Machine

Lube Oils Filling Machine

Granule Filling Machine

It is a nett weigh filler, in which a predetermined weight of the product is automatically weighed and then deposited into the empty containers/pouches. The product from the hopper is drawn out by two electric vibratory feeders and is fed into the weigh-pan suspended from a sensitive weigh beam. Both the coarse and dribble feeders feed the product fast until about 80% is filled at which point the coarse feeder stops.

Liquid Filling Machine

The motor and gearbox mounted in the cabinet act as the prime mover for the reciprocating movement of the piston through an eccentric block arrangement. Initially the foot switch can be used in between two successive fills until the speed required is achieved by the operator. The machine requires very less maintenance.
