Marking Machines

Marking Machine
JanTech machines are economical solutions for marking manufactured parts with ink imprints. Durable electric motor operated Model 105 systems are used to imprint all kinds of surfaces, flat, curved, or irregular

Laser marking machine
Enapros offers a desktop diode-pumped laser marking machine, manufactured by CAB Produkttechnik, Germany. The DPLMagic marker uses the most modern technology in laser marking. The extremely high-quality beam and pin-point performance ensure marking onto the most diverse of materials. The best part of the DPLMagic marker lies in the fact that it is air cooled, ie, no use of water chillers or air chillers as in conventional laser marking machines where the source of laser is a lamp. Another feature is the weight, which is just 18 kg and one can install the marker on the office table and it consumes just 250 W of power. The high-speed scanning head, FireSCAN, delivers fast and precise marking and guarantees high positioning accuracy of the laser beam. The machine is available in three different models depending upon the marking area, ie, 70 x 70mm, 110 x 110mm and 180 x 180mm. The DPLMagic marker can mark on metals, most of the plastics, on PCBs, etc. All one has to do is just attach a computer and start using the marker to mark logos, bar codes, part numbers and many other details as per requirement. The marker comes with a user-friendly MagicMark software and it can support all the graphic formats.

Marking System, Microdot
Orbital Systems offers a portable microdot marking system. It is a standalone, handy, autonomous, PC free advanced software with a large marking area. Advanced technologies and innovative solutions have made it possible to produce a compact controller with keyboard and display, weighing just 1 kg. This compact group can be fitted directly on the marking head and is equipped with a pistol grip handle for obtaining the lightest and handiest marking system. The total weight of the system is only 2.9 kg. The marking area is 110 x 30 mm. Logos and text can be marked on several lines. It gives high definition, permanent marking on a variety of differing hardness of materials such as metal, plastic, glass and uneven surfaces.

Metal marking machines
This process replaces old punching process. The punching process may develop cracks due to molecular disturbances. There is not any metal deformation or stress development in electrochemical marking process. To etch part number, specifications, identification mark, production date, batch number and inspection details and for monograms on metallic parts of any shape, these Markwell machines are of immense use.
